Kevin and Lisa Evans

Kevin and Lisa Evans founded Cultivate Leadership for the purpose of equipping people for spiritual leadership through discipleship and church planting, particularly in East and Southeast Asia. They lived in Shanghai, China from 2011-2018 and now continue the mission from their home base in the Dallas, Texas area.

Previously Kevin served as the church planter and senior pastor of Valley Creek Church in Dallas, Texas for 18 years.  He earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, his Master of Divinity from Regent University and his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Kevin and Lisa have been married since 1982 and have four children and nine grandchildren.
